| 摘 要： | 目的 观察雷公藤多苷（GTW）对小鼠生殖功能的影响及肉苁蓉预防生殖毒性的作用。方法将雄性小鼠随机分为空白对照组、GTW组、肉苁蓉组、停药组。空白组灌胃1％羧甲基纤维素（CMC）溶液；GTW组灌胃GTW混悬液；肉苁蓉组灌胃GTW混悬液共20d，第28天起同时灌胃肉苁蓉水煎剂加GTW混悬液；停药组灌胃GTW混悬液共20d，第28天起改为灌胃1％CMC溶液。各组灌胃20d后与雌鼠以1：2比例合笼；第28天起分笼继续给药，于48d后再次合笼。观察两次合笼雌鼠受孕率及雄鼠睾酮水平的变化。结果随着雷公藤多苷给药时间的延长，雌鼠受孕率呈下降趋势，雄鼠睾酮水平亦呈减低的变化趋势。肉苁蓉干预后，受孕率由15％上升到35％；停药组受孕率由10％上升到30％，与GTW组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．01），与空白组比较无统计学差异（P〉0．05）。结论GTW对雄性小鼠的生殖毒性呈时间依赖性，停用后可自行恢复；肉苁蓉可以改善GTW对雄鼠生殖系统的抑制作用。
