| 摘 要： | 目的探讨螺旋CT多平面重建诊断齿状突骨折的价值。方法对69例X线平片显示为齿状突骨折或X线平片正常而临床高度怀疑骨折者行多层螺旋CT检查,并分别行矢状位、冠状位多平面重建。结果 69例齿状突骨折均获得清晰的MPR图像,并直接清楚显示环枢关节的空间解剖关系,诊断准确率达100%,远高于平片(χ2=41.66,P<0.01)。结论螺旋CT MPR为齿状突骨折的诊断提供了可靠的影像资料,具有一定的临床应用价值。
