| 摘 要： | 目的探讨远程心电检测在心血管疾病中的临床意义。方法对289例患者先行12导动态心电图监测,然后再行远程心电监测,对两种方法传输的心电数据进行分析比对。结果 12导动态心电图无异常79例,心律失常148例,心肌缺血病人30例,心律失常合并心肌缺血病人32例;远程心电监测无异常62例,心律失常215例,心肌缺血12例。结论远程心电监测在早期心脏病的预防及诊断中具有临床应用价值,但在心肌缺血检出率方面不如动态心电图监测。
