| 摘 要： | 目的探讨脂肪肝的影响因素,为脂肪肝预防及其临床诊断、治疗提供参考。方法分析308例脂肪肝患者的性别及年龄分布、血脂水平、肝功能、合并症等,另取100例健康查体者为对照组。结果脂肪肝患者性别比无差异,主要分布于40～60岁;非酒精性脂肪肝患者血液中TG、TC、LDL-ch水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05或0.01);ALT升高在非酒精性脂肪肝组中明显(P<0.01),AST/ALT<1,AST升高在酒精性脂肪肝组中较为显著(P<0.01)。结论在脂肪肝病患者中,非酒精性脂肪肝病最为多见;脂肪肝与高血压、冠心病、肥胖、糖尿病等关系十分密切。
