术前呼吸功能锻炼对瓣膜置换者术后肺部并发症影响的研究

目的:探讨术前呼吸功能锻炼对瓣膜置换者术后呼吸道护理的影响。方法:术前对观察组进行2周的呼吸功能锻炼,对照组进行1周的呼吸功能锻炼,比较两组术后肺炎、肺不张、无效咳痰的发生率和呼吸次数及呼吸机使用时间。结果:观察组肺炎、肺不张发生率较对照组降低22.8%;无效咳痰、呼吸次数、呼吸机使用时间比对照组明显降低,P<0.05;结论:术前加强呼吸功能锻炼和术后严格呼吸道管理,可改善肺功能,降低肺部并发症,减轻护理工作量和患者的经济负担。

Effect of Preoperative Respiratory Functional Exercise on Postoperative Pulmortary Complicatons in Patients with Valve Replacement

Objective:To investigate the effect of preoperative respiratoy functional exercise on postoperative pulmonary complications in patients with valve replacement.Methods:There was respiratory functional exercises for two weeks before operation in experiment group and no exercised in control group.The incidence of pneumonia,pulmonary atelectasis and invalid expectoration,the breathing rate and application duration of respirator were compared between two groups.Results:The in cidence of pneumonia and pulmonary ateldctosis was decreased by 22.8% in experiment group than that in control group.Invalid expectoration and application duration of respiratorin of respirator in experiment group was also decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion:Preoperative pulmonary function exercises and postoperative rigid nursign in respiratory tract may improve the lung function and lessen pulmonary complications and reduce the nursing work and costs.
