| 摘 要： | 目的 观察中药复方S -抗毒合剂对家兔免疫球蛋白IgG、IgM、和IgA的影响。方法 家兔饲喂含3%复方S -抗毒合剂的日粮 ,然后在 1、3、5、7、14、2 1、2 8日时采血进行免疫球蛋白分析。结果 中药实验组与对照组比较 ,IgG和IgA有显著差异 ;且在 1- 14日内中药实验组免疫球蛋白呈明显的双向调节变化 ;在 14 - 2 8日IgG显著增高 ,IgM、和IgA显著降低。结论 中药复方S -抗毒合剂对免疫球蛋白IgG、IgM、和IgA有明显的影响 ;并具有双向调节免疫球蛋白的作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objctive: To examine the effects of Chinese medicine S-Kangdu compositus on IgG, IgM, and IgA of rabbits. Methods: Rabbits were raised with feed containing 3% S-Kangdu compositus , and blood samples were collected on day 1, 3, 5, 7, 14, 21, 28 for analysis of immunoglobulins. Results: There is sighificart difference in the level of IgG and IgA between treated and controled groups. Immunoglobulins were regulated dually between 1 to 14 days in treated group. IgG increaded dramatically between 14 to 28 days while IgM and IgA decreased predominently. Conclusions: The Chinese medicine S-Kangdu compositus could exert significant effects on dual regulation of immunoglobulin IgG, IgM, and IgA. |
