摘 要: | 随机抽取深圳市家医院2001—2006年的99例医疗纠纷为样本进行分析。结果显示外科和妇产科是医疗纠纷多发科室,医疗纠纷争议事由为医疗损害和治疗效果差的占59.6%,医疗过程失误的纠纷占22.2%,服务相关的医疗纠纷占26.3%。建议加强对重点科室的医疗纠纷防范,减少服务相关的医疗纠纷,建立医疗不良事件的管理系统。

Abstract: | 99 cases from 3 hospitals in Shenzhen are randomly extracted to be studied. It is pointed out that medical tangles take place most frequently in the departments of surgery and obstetrics-gynecology. Medical tangles of medical damages and unsatisfactory treatment outcomes account for 59.6%, medical process faults 22.2%, and unsatisfactory service 26.3%. Proposals are that key departments should be better prevented from malpractice, service-related tangles reduced, and a prevention mechanism erected. |
