| 摘 要： | 《伤寒论》始终贯穿着保胃气的思想,人以胃气为本,有胃气则生,无胃气则死。"保胃气"就是培养后天,顾护正气。张仲景不仅从配伍用药、药后调护方面顾护胃气,而且以胃气的盛衰来判断疾病的预后,仲景辨证施治,在标本缓急之间无不寓有"保胃气"之深意。

| Abstract: | Thought of protecting the stomach-qi goes throughout Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases.The stomach-qi is the fundamental of human body,man may be alive with it and dead without it.Protecting the stomach-qi is to cultivate the acquired enviroment and protect the vital qi.Zhang Zhongjing not only protected the stomach-qi from the aspects of drug compatibility and regulation after the drug administration,but judged disease prognosis from the ups and downs of the stomach-qi.He applied the thought of protecting the stomach-qi to syndrome differentiation and treatment. |
