摘    要:目的调查深圳大学校园空气中致敏气传真菌的属种、季节性飘散规律及不同高度真菌分布的差异。方法在深圳大学科技楼三个不同高度楼层设曝片点,2007年全年每天定时曝片,光镜下将曝片进行孢子种类鉴定和数量统计。结果在深圳大学共收集到气传真菌孢子35个属种;其中芽枝菌属、曲霉属、穗霉属、黑粉菌属和交链孢霉属为常见气传真菌;全年均有气传真菌飘散,高峰期在5、9和10月,1、7和12月份最低。结论较高楼层真菌孢子数量和种属相对较少,这对于真菌过敏病人选择适当的居住楼层具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the species and amounts of airborne fungi, and its seasonal variation at different heights in Shenzhen University. Methods Airborne fungi in Shenzhen University were collected by exposing slides at three heights from 1 January to 31 December 2007. And all of them were identified and counted by using the microscope. Results Airborne fungal spores of 35 genera or species were collected in Shenzhen University.
