安徽贫困地区已婚妇女妇科病现患情况、经期保健现况与相关因素分析

对安徽省某国际合作项目覆盖地区的 2 5 6 6名已婚妇女妇科病现患情况及经期保健现状做了描述 ,并就年龄、受教育水平、职业、家庭年收入、是否获得过妇女健康知识等因素对经期卫生的影响做了分析 ,结果显示 ,被调查地区经济、文化比较落后 ,已婚妇女妇科病患病率较高 ,子宫脱垂、尿瘘、阴道炎、宫颈糜烂、月经不调的患病率分别为3.0 %、0 .7%、30 .0 %、10 .6 %、36 .9%。调查还显示 ,84.3%的育龄妇女月经时使用卫生纸 (巾 ) ,月经期间干重活、下水田、用脏水洗下身等不良卫生行为的发生率分别为 6 9.4%、5 0 .4%和 7.1%。多因素 L ogistic回归分析发现 ,年龄、受教育水平、职业、是否获得过妇女健康知识等因素对经期卫生有影响。建议在发展经济、改善妇女生存环境的同时 ,在被调查地区开展妇科病普查普治工作和妇女的健康教育 ,以期提高妇女的健康水平。

The prevalence of gynecopathy and menstrual health of married women and the analysis on related factors in the poor areas of Anhui

The situation of the prevalence of gynecopathy and the menstrual health of 2 566 married women in the poor area of Anhui have been described,and the influence of some related factors such as age,education occupation,income analyzed,the investigated areas had a lower level of economy and cultureand a higher level of gynecopathy.In the investigated area,the prevalence of hysteroptosis,urinary fistula,vaginitis,cervical erosion and irregular menstruation respectively was 3.0%,0.7%,30.3%,10.6% and 36.9%,84.3% of the women used napkins or hygienic paper when they menstruated.69.4% of the women had heavy physical labour;50.4% worked in paddy field;and 7.1% washed their vulva with uncleaning water during menstrual period.Logistic regression analysis showed that age,education,occupation,the knowledge about women health had the influence on menstrual health.Therefore,it is nacessary to detect and cure these women,and develop health education in the investigated areas.
