| 摘 要： | 为了了解医患双方对目前我国医患诚信的认知状态，笔者对广州市部分医院的医务人员与患者进行抽样调查，分析医患诚信存在的问题及其原因，要建立诚信的医患关系，需要加强医务人员的职业道德建设，加大政府对卫生领域的投入，进行医疗体制改革，建立诚信的社会环境。

| Abstract: | Doctor-patient loyalty comes to be the focus of social view and the nuclear of doctor-patient relation.In order to realize doctors and patients' cognition situation about doctor-patient loyalty in our country,the author has done a spot research among medical personnel and patients in parts of Guangzhou hospitals,and analyzed the problems existing in doctor-patient loyalty and the reasons.To build up the doctor-patient loyalty,we need to strengthen mdeical professional morality construction.And the government should enhance investment to hygiene field and reform the medical treatment system,and establish social loyal environment. |
