摘    要:应用聚合酶链反应(PCR)枝术对140例小儿咽拭子标本进行了肺炎支原体(MP)特异性DNA检测。结果显示:(1)患有呼吸道感染病儿中MP阳性检出率(33%)显著高于对照组(7.5%)(P<0.01),小儿肺炎及喘息性疾患与MP感染有密切相关性;(2)以4~6岁年龄组MP阳性检出率最高(41.67%),表明MP感染的好发年龄有提早趋势;(3)患呼吸道感染后病程在2~3周以上者MP阳性检出率显著高于病程小于1周者(P<0.01),显示其病程长短与MP的感染呈正相关。

Abstract:The method of polymerase chain reaction(PCR)was used to detect the specific DNA of mycoplasma pneumoniae(MP)in 140 children.The infection rate of MP was significantly higher in 100 cases with respiratory tract infection than in 40 cases of controls(P<.0.01);the pneumoniae and asthmatic disease of children were closely associated with MP.Children which were 4~6 years old had higher infection rate of MP(41.67%)than children with other ages,it showed the tendency of early infection,The courses of children with respi ratory tract infection were positively relative with infection rate of MP.We think that the PCR technique is able to detect DNA of MP with a high sensitivity and specificity.It may be an effective method to diagnose MP in early stage.
