隐匿性乳腺癌的诊断与治疗

目的总结隐匿性乳腺癌（OBC）的诊断与治疗经验。方法回顾性分析7例隐匿性乳腺癌的诊断与治疗方法。结果腋下肿块免疫组化，5例雌激素受体（ER）、孕激素受体（PR）均阳性，2例ER阳性、PR阴性；病理切片淋巴结转移性腺癌。乳腺癌改良根治术后标本全乳房次连续病理切片，1例未见原发灶，6例找到直径约0．1cm～0．5cm肿瘤，5例浸润性导管癌，1例导管内癌。随访无复发和转移。结论腋窝淋巴结活检、免疫组化分析及MRI检查对隐匿性乳腺癌的诊断具有重要意义，治疗首选改良根治术并辅以化疗、放疗及内分泌治疗等综合治疗。

Diagnosis and treatment of occult breast cancer

Obiective To summarize the diagnosis and treatment of occult breast cancer. Methods 7 cases of OBC were retrospectively analyzed. Results All patients had biopsy proven adenocarcinoma consistent with breast primary. All patients received modified radical mastectomy. Conclusions Axillary lymph node biopsy, immunohistochemical analysis and breast magnetic resonance imaging played important roles in the diagnosis of OBC. Modified radical masteetomy combined with chemotherapy, radiotherapy and endocrine therapy would be preferred.
