| 摘 要： | 目的通过对心肌梗死患者血小板活化因子（PAF）水平的测定，探讨PAF在心肌梗死中水平的改变，研究PAF水平高低对心肌梗死患者预后的影u向。方法采用双抗夹心EHSA法测定正常人和心肌梗死患者PAF含量。结果心肌梗死患者PAF水平明显高于正常对照组，并在PICA术后持续增加，在48h达到最高峰；在伴有并发症的患者中PAF水平升高更明显。结论在心肌梗死惠者中，PAF的产生是明显增加的，并对患者的病情严重程度及预后有一定的预示作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the change of the platelet activating factor in the patients with myocardial infarction.Method To measure the platelet activating factor by ELISA in normal and myocardial infarction groups.Result The level of the platelet activating factor in myocardial infarction group was higher than that in normal group.It increased gradually after percutaneous transcoronary angioplasty,and got to the highest after 48 hours.The level of the platelet activating factor was higher in the patients complicated with cardiac arrhythmia or cardiac shock.Conclusion The level of the platelet activating factor in myocardial infarction group increases evidently,and it plays an important role in the prognosis of the patients. |
