杭州市某小学学生情绪问题及对其心理社会影响

摘    要:目的了解杭州市小学生情绪问题现状及对其心理社会功能的影响,为采取干预措施提供依据。方法采用儿童焦虑性情绪障碍筛查表、儿童抑郁障碍自评量表和儿少主观生活质量问卷对杭州市区某小学三~六年级学生共302名进行问卷调查。结果小学生中13.9%存在抑郁症状,35.4%存在焦虑症状,抑郁、焦虑症状共存的学生为9.6%。存在情绪问题学生主观生活质量及学习成绩显著差于阴性学生。结论小学生中情绪问题较为普遍,影响到学生的心理社会功能,应予以重视。

Abstract:Objective To study the incidence of emotional problems and its psychological effects among primary school students, and to provide bases for preventive measures. Methods The Screen for Child Anxiety Related Emotional Disorders(SCARED), Depression Self-Rating Scale for Children(DSRSC) and Inventory of Subjective Life Quality(ISLQ) were conducted among 302 students in a primary school in Hangzhou. Results Among the students surveyed, the incidence rates of depression and anxiety were 13.9% and 35.4%, and 9.6% of the students had the symptoms of depression and anxiety. Subjective life quality and academic achievements were poorer among the students with emotional problems. Conclusion More attention should be paid on the emotional problems in primary school students, which are common and can affect students' psychosocial function.
