| 摘 要： | [目的]掌握青岛市运动伤害发生情况,从而为开展预防和干预运动伤害提供依据。[方法]对2008年青岛市乡镇级以上医院初诊运动伤害病例资料进行分析。[结果]2008年合计报告运动伤害病例2 817例,其中男性占77.00%,女性占23.00%;城区占78.06%,农村占21.94%;10～24岁占60.17%,在校学生占58.22%,64.14%为上下肢伤,死亡3例。[结论]青岛市运动伤害多发生在学校与公共场所,男性高于女性,多为在校青少年学生,发生部位多为上下肢及头部。可针对运动伤害的特点,采取切实可行的预防对策。
