大脑后动脉的显微解剖学

在解剖显微镜下放大6—40倍观察了100侧成人的大脑后动脉及其分支。大脑后动脉主干右侧稍粗于左侧,分为P_1～P_3段。大脑后动脉皮质支干型可分为五型:单干型;双干型;三干型;四干型和五干型。颞下前动脉有3例直接起于大脑中动脉的起端附近。分布海马回外侧及颞下回下面的前部。在其他材料里尚未见到。距状裂动脉除直接发自大脑后动脉外,尚发自颞下后动脉和顶枕动脉,以加强视区皮质区的血液供应,称为副距状裂动脉。

Microanatomy of the posterior cerebral artery

The posterior cerebral artery and its branches were examined in 100 sides of adult brains undre 6-40x magnification.The main stem of the right posterior cerebral artery was larger than that of the left.The posterior cerebral artery might be divided into three segments: P1, P2 and P3.The branching patterns of the cortical branches of the posterior cerebral artery could be classified into 5 types.Three cases of anterior inferior temporal artery were found to arise near the origin o?the middle meningeal artery to supply the lateral aspect of the hippocam pal gyrus and the anterior part of the inferior surface of the inferior temporal gyrus.There was not any report of this artery in the literature.The calcarine artery might originate not only from the posterior cerbral artery, but also from the inferior posterior temporal artery (0.96+0.97%) or the parieto-occipital artery (2.88 + 1.69%) to reinforce the blood supply of the visual area. These two later arteries could be called accessory calcarine arteries.
