彩色多普勒超声诊断卵巢扭转的价值再探讨

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声对卵巢扭转的诊断价值。方法应用彩色多普勒超声对经手术后病理证实的13例卵巢扭转进行综合分析。结果3例为单纯性卵巢扭转，超声均准确诊断；10例为卵巢肿物伴扭转，超声准确诊断9例，1例误诊为卵巢黄体血肿。诊断符合率92．3％。结论彩色多普勒超声诊断卵巢扭转有较高的敏感性和特异性，具有较高的临床应用价值。

Value of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of ovarian torsion

Objective To explore the value of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of ovarian torsion. Methods Thirteen cases of ovarian torsion confirmed by surgery and pathology were performed with color Doppler ultrasound, then the results were analyzed comprehensively. Results There were 3 cases of single ovarian torsion correctly diagnosed by ultrasound , 10 cases were ovarian tumor complicated with torsion,9 were diagnosed correctly by ultrasound, and 1 case was misdiagnosed as ovarian corepus luteum hematoma. The diagnose accordance rate was 92.3%. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound has high sensitivity and specificity in diagnosis of ovarian torsion, it has high application value in clinic.
