| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨高强度聚焦超声（High-intensity focused ultrasound,HIFU)在子宫肌瘤治疗中的作用。方法：将102例子宫肌瘤患者随机分为两组，观察组49例，采用高强度聚焦超声于月经后3－5d开始接受治疗，每日1次，每次60min，根据肿瘤最大直径决定治疗天数（1cm/d)；对照组53例，于月经第1天起每晚睡前服米非司酮25mg，连服90d，结果：两组患者临床症状均有改善，观察组瘤体缩小较对照组明显（P＜0．01），且无明显副作用，结论：HIFU治疗子宫肌瘤是一种安全有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To examine the effect of the therapy with HIFU on patients with leiomyoma Methods: 102 patients with leiomyoma were divided into two groups at random The HIFU group(49 patients) were treated with HIFU for 60 minutes daily 3~5 days after menstrual cycle The treatment period were based on the diameter volume of leiomyoma(1 cm/day) The control group(53 patients) were given 25 mg mifepristone every night for 90 days beginning on the first day of cycle Results: The clinical symptoms of both groups were improved obviously The volume of leiomyoma of the patients in HIFU group was reduced far more obviously than of control group Conclusions: It is a safe and effective treatment to use the HIFU for treatment of leiomyoma |
