中西医结合治疗L型淋菌感染疗效观察

近年来由于淋病治疗的不规范用药,使淋球菌出现耐药菌株和变异菌Gnarpe从12%的淋病患者尿道,宫颈中分离出L型淋菌,以后,不断有L型淋菌的研究报道。与临床上表现为慢性难治性淋病有非常密切关系。笔者自1995年来收治的66例L型淋菌感染者均系迁延不愈,症状反复发作的慢性难治性淋病。用中西结合方法治疗获得较为满意疗效。现报告如下:一、临床资料与方法1.选择临床病人66例随机分为治疗组,对照组各33例。治疗组:男性20例、女性13例,年龄20～40

Treatment of L-type gonococcal infection by combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine

Irregnlar drug therapy of gonorrbea brings abont emergence of drug-resistant and variant strains of gonococci.Gnatpe isolated L-type gonococci from urethra and cervix in 12 percent of patients with gonor- rhea.Thereafter,studies on L-type gonococci,which are closely related to chronic refractory gonorrhea,were re- ported continually.All the 66 cases of gonococcal infection treated by the authors since 1995 were chronic suf- ferers from refractory gonorrhea with protracted course and repeated exacerbation.A cure rate of 90 percent was attained by administration of erythromycin conbined with a compound chinese herbal olecoction Zhilin Tang,compared with a cure rate of 64 percent achieved by administration of erythromycin alone in controls;the difference tetcoecn the two groups was statistically sinificant(P<0.05).
