| 摘 要： | 目的探讨开展社区卫生服务过程中存在的问题和今后的发展前景。方法5年来，上海市宝山区淞南社区卫生服务中心（以下简称“中心”）对开展包括预防、保健、健康教育、医疗、康复、计划生育技术指导“六位一体”的社区卫生服务做了积极的探索和实践。结果社区卫生服务发展取得了一定成效。但从总体上看，社区卫生服务仍处于初创阶段，浮于表面，与广大人民群众的需要存在一定差距，社区预防保健、基本医疗等服务仍难以满足居民的健康需求。结论深化社区卫生服务体制改革。
