摘    要:目的:观察自制外用中药穴位敷贴对绝经后骨质疏松患者的影响。方法将符合本研究纳入标准的200例患者随机分为治疗组及对照组,各100例,治疗组予外用中药穴位敷贴,内服钙尔奇 D 片治疗,对照组予内服钙尔奇 D 片治疗,疗程为6个月。比较2组用药前、用药后6个月腰椎骨密度、PINP 及 S-CTX、VAS 疼痛评分,所得数据进行统计分析。结果200例中176例获得完整随访,治疗组85例,对照组91例,治疗组治疗后骨密度值无明显变化,但在 PINP 及 S-CTX、VAS 疼痛评分方面均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义( P <0.05)。结论中药穴位敷贴能缓解绝经后妇女疼痛,降低骨转化指标,提高绝经后妇女的生活水平。

Treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis by acupoint application of Chinese herbs
Abstract:objective To observe the effect of acupoint application of Chinese herbs on postmenopausal osteoporosis. Methods Postmenopausal women who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into intervent ion group and control group,each 100 cases. The patients in intervention group were administered with activated vitamin D and acu-point application of chinese herbs,while the others in control group were administered with activated vitamin D,the course of the treatment is 6 months. Comparing the lumbar bone mineral density(BMD),PINP and S-CTX,VAS pain score of the two groups of patients before and after the treatment,the obtained data were analyzed statistically. Results A total of 176 patients completed the follow - up,including 85 patients in the intervention group and 91 pa-tients in the control group. The lumbar bone mineral density(BMD)after treatment in the intervention group had no obvious change,but the PINP and S-CTX and VAS pain score in the intervention group were superior to the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0. 05). Conclusion Acupoint application of chinese herbs can ease the pain of postmenopausal women,reduce bone turnover index and improve the quality of life in postmenopa-usal women.
