中药油膏剂治疗瘀热型痛性糖尿病周围神经病变

目的：观察活血解毒中药油膏剂治疗瘀热型痛性糖尿病周围神经病变的效果。方法将60例瘀热型痛性糖尿病周围神经病变患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组，2组均给予西医降血糖、营养神经作为常规治疗，治疗组在常规治疗基础上增加活血解毒中药油膏剂（大黄、生侧柏叶等）外敷治疗，随访12周，观察治疗前后2组腓总神经传导速度及 VAS 疼痛积分改善情况，比较2种不同方法对痛性糖尿病周围神经病变的治疗效果。结果治疗组神经传导速度显著增加，VAS 疼痛评分显著下降，对照组各项指标改变不明显，2组比较差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论运用活血解毒中药油膏剂治疗瘀热型痛性糖尿病周围神经病变，可明显增加神经传导速度，减轻疼痛症状。

Therapeutic effects of chinese herbal medicine ointment therapy on painful diabetic peripheral neuropathy pathogenic blood stasis and heat

objective To observe the use of chinese herbal medicine ointment therapy in treatment of painful diabetic peripheral neuropathy effect. Methods 60 cases of painful peripheral neuropathy in diabetic patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The scores of VAS,nerve conduction velocity,before and after treat-ment,and the results was calculated statistically. Both two groups of patients were given conventional western medi-cine treatment,and the treatment group were treated with chinese herbal medicine ointment therapy on the basis of conventional therapy. We observed the therapeutic effects of 2 different methods on painful diabetic peripheral neurop-athy following up of 12 weeks. Results The effect of treatment group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0. 01). Conclusion The curative effect of chinese herbal medicine oint-ment therapy in the treatment of painful diabetic peripheral neuropathy is affirmation,worthing further study.
