中医情志护理对冠心病心绞痛疗效的影响

目的：探讨冠心病心绞痛患者运用中医情志护理的临床护理疗效。方法选取冠心病心绞痛患者90例，采用随机数字表法分为2组，各45例，对照组给予常规护理，试验组则在对照组的基础上加用中医情志护理，2组均护理4周，比较2组临床症状改善情况，对比护理前后心绞痛疼痛程度及焦虑程度。结果2组临床症状均有好转，试验组护理疗效总有效率为93.3％优于对照组77.8％（P ＜0.05）；2组心绞痛及焦虑程度均有所缓解，且试验组缓解程度明显高于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论中医情志护理能够舒缓患者心情，明显改善患者心理状态，减缓患者紧张情绪，对心绞痛恢复有积极作用。

Coronary heart disease and angina pectoris patients with emotional nursing of traditional Chinese medicine curative effect analysis

objective To explore the coronary heart disease patients with angina pectoris using traditional Chinese medicine clinical curative effect analysis of emotional nursing. Method Gynecologic 90 cases of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease patients who were treated in our hospital,using random number tables were randomly divided into two groups,two groups of 45 people,of which the control group received routine medical care,the experimental group is used in the control group on the basis of emotional nursing of traditional Chinese medicine,two groups of nursing for 4 weeks. Nursing is over,compared two groups of patients with clinical symptoms improved,the degree of comparison before and after care in patients with angina pectoris. Results Nursing,clinical symptoms were improved between two groups,total effective rate in the experimental group was 93. 3% . Control group clinical total effective rate for 77. 8% ,experiment group effective rate obviously above control group,two group results has significantly sex differences,has statistics meaning(P < 0. 05);II After nursing,two groups of patients with Angina Pectoris and anx-iety has been eased,relief was significantly higher than the control group and experimental group,results in two groups were significantly different,there was statistical significance(P < 0. 05). Conclusion The emotional nursing of traditional Chinese medicine to relieve the mood and significantly improve patients’mental state,relieve stress, have a positive impact on recovery of angina pectoris and clinical significance.
