| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨后路脊柱显微内窥镜椎间盘摘除术（Microendoscopic Disectomy,MED)治疗腰椎间盘突出症（Lumbar Disc Hemiation,LDH)手术的原则。方法：回顾总结348例腰椎间盘突出症行MED手术的临床资料。结果：本组336例获得随访，随访时间平均18个月，按照Macnnab标准评定，优269例，良38例，可29例，优良率91．25％。结论：MED手术成功的关键是必须遵守MED手术原则，即：正确的手术适应证、熟练的操作技术、术中突发情况的认知与处理。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the operative doctrine of lumbar disc herniation (LDH) with microendoscopic disectomy (MED) through posterior approach. Method:Retrospective analyses the clinical data of 348 cases of lumbar disc herniation with MED.Result:Three hundred and thirty-six cases were followed-up for average 18 months. According to the Macnnab scale, 282 cases were evaluated as excellent, 38 cases as good, 16 cases as fair. Conclusion: It is essential for successful operation to abide by common doctrine of MED. That is accurate surgical indication,having skilled operative technique of MED, correct disposal of intraoperative accident. |
