摘    要:目的建立黄枳胶囊中大黄酚、大黄素、大黄酸的含量测定方法。方法采用薄层色谱扫描法。展开剂:正己烷-乙酸乙酯-甲酸(30∶10∶0.5),检测波长λS=435 nm,λR=610 nm。结果大黄酚、大黄素和大黄酸分别在0.014 65~0.073 25、0.013 35~0.066 75、0.012~0.072μg范围内呈良好线性关系。结论本法简单、准确、重复性好,可用于黄枳胶囊中大黄酚、大黄素和大黄酸的含量测定。

Abstract:Objective To establish a method for determination of chrysophanol,emodin and rhein in Huangzhi capsules.Method Chrysophanol,emodin and rhein in Huangzhi capsules was determined by TLC-scanning with a mixture of n-hexane-ethylacetate-formic acid(30∶10∶0.5) as the developing system.The detection wavelength was 435 nm and 610 nm.Results The calibraction curve of chrysophanol,emodin and rhein was linear in the range of 0.014 65~0.073 25,0.013 35~0.066 75,0.012~0.072 μg respectively.Conclusion The method was simple, accurate with good repeatability, and suitable for the content determination of chrysophanol, emodin and rhein in Huangzhi capsules.
