三位一体、治疗骨结核诊疗体会

目的探索脊柱与骨关节结核临床治疗流程。方法三位一体是指中医辨证施治、个体化的西药抗痨、谨慎的外科手术三种治疗手段并重的骨关节结核治疗方法。结果完成治疗的184例患者中178例（96.7%）获得临床治愈;55例仍在治疗中。结论三位一体、方法有效地减少了骨关节结核复发和耐药,值得推广。

Trinity, the whole experience of supervision of the treatment of bone tuberculosis treatment

Objective To explore the spine with bone and joint tuberculosis clinical process.The Trinity refers to the three kinds of treatment methods which include Chinese medicine dialectical treatment,individualized western anti-tuberculosis and careful surgical treatment all equal emphasis in the bone and joint tuberculosis treatment;The entire journey direction refers to the establishment of the responsibility system of the first examination,the entire journey intervention in the hospital,outside the hospital using the telephone,the letter and the network to examine,ask the patient to come to the hospital to have a subsequent visit,hiring part-time experts to safeguard the entire journey anti-tuberculosis and the recovery plan implementation.Method and Results 239 osseo-articular tuberculosis patients had been treated from May,2006 to October,2009,and we have obtained the good near/forward treatment result.Of the treated 184 cases,178 cases（96.7%） cured in clinic;55 cases still need further treatment.Conclusion The trinity,the entire journey direction method enhance the osseo-articular tuberculosis treatment result and effectively reduce the recurrence of bone and joint tuberculosis and drug resistance.So it is worth promoting.
