上海地区过敏性鼻炎和支气管哮喘患者致敏原比较

目的:比较单纯过敏性鼻炎患者和哮喘患者致敏原的阳性率,分析机体对过敏原反应程度与疾病发生、发展的关系。方法:采用“阿罗格”公司的标准皮试液对100例单纯过敏性鼻炎和100例哮喘患者行皮肤点刺试验。结果:单纯过敏性鼻炎组的主要吸入性过敏原、摄入性过敏原阳性发生率均显著低于哮喘组,且主要吸入性过敏原屋尘螨、粉尘螨的强阳性发生率亦明显低于哮喘组。结论:机体对过敏原的反应程度与疾病的发生、发展可能存在一定的关系,对过敏性鼻炎的早期干预是必要的。

Allergen for irritability rhinitis and bronchus asthma patients in Shanghai: a comparative analysis

Objective: To explore the relation between allergen reaction and the pathogenesis of irritability rhinitis and bronchus asthma.Method: Skin prick test was performed in 100 cases of irritability rhinitis and 100 cases of bronchus asthma.Result: Inhalational and edible allergen,especially the dermatophagoides pteronyssinus and the dermatophagoides farinae were significantly higher in bronchus asthma than in irritability rhinitis.Conclusion: The reaction degree for allergen may have some relation with the pathogenesis of diseases,and so forepart prevention for irribility rhinitis is necessary.
