铜陵市口腔诊疗机构消毒灭菌质量调查报告

目的了解目前铜陵市口腔诊疗机构消毒灭菌现状,找出存在问题,提出相应对策。方法采用普查方法,对铜陵市27所口腔诊疗机构进行调查,按照《医院消毒卫生标准》的要求对不同环境和物品进行采样检测。结果口腔诊疗机构配有快速灭菌器的占40.7%;所有的口腔诊疗机构均使用戊二醛浸泡灭菌;开展高压灭菌效果生物监测的二级以上口腔诊疗机构占77.8%,一级口腔诊疗机构占28.6%,个体口腔诊疗机构为0;2006年及2007年口腔科消毒灭菌效果监测总合格率为89.0%,其中一级及以上口腔诊疗机构合格率为97.9%,个体口腔诊疗机构为83.8%。结论铜陵市口腔诊所消毒设施和方法基本满足需要,但个体诊所暴露出的问题较多。提示需要进一步加强消毒灭菌质量监测。

Survey of Disinfection and Sterilization Quality of Stomatological Institutions in Tongling City

Objective To understand stand the present situation of disinfection and sterilization of medical instruments in the stomatological institutions of Tongling,Anhui province in order to find out existing problems and propose corresponding countermeasures.Methods 27 stomatology institutions in the city was investigated.Sampling for examination was used to carry out examination of various environments and articles in 2006 and 2007 according to the Chinese hygienic standard for disinfection in hospitals.Results The rate of possessing quick autoclave was 40.7% in stomatological institutions in Tongling.All these stomatological institutions used glutaraldehyde immersion for sterilization.The ability to test the disinfection effect was different at different levels of stomatological institutions.For monitoring autoclaving efficacy in these stomatology institutions,the rate of using biological methods was 77.8% in the secondary care and above public hospitals,28.6% in the primary public hospitals,0% in the private stomatological institutions.Disinfection effect was random monitored in these stomatological institutions by Tongling CDC in 2006 and 2007.The eligible disinfection rates were 89.0%.The eligible disinfection rates of the two levels of stomatological institutions were 98.2% and 83.2% respectively.Conclusion The equipment and methods for disinfection and sterilization of stomatology instruments in Tongling could essentially meet the requirement.There were lots of problems in the private stomatological institutions.The monitoring of disinfection and sterilization effects needs to be strengthened.
