2004—2008年北京市昌平区食品和公共场所从业人员活动性肺结核病检出情况

目的掌握2004-2008年北京市昌平区食品和公共场所从业人员结核病疫情动态变化,为卫生监督部门对食品与公共场所的管理工作提供依据。方法对2004—2008年间昌平区食品和公共场所从业人员参加健康检查的资料进行分析。结果 2004—2008年间体检人数共计344 295人,活动性肺结核检出168人,总检出率为0.049%。5年检出率分别为0.002%、0、0.002%、0.042%、0.153%;5年间活动性肺结核病的检出率呈逐年上升趋势（χ2=277.46,P〈0.01）;本地与外埠从业人员活动性肺结核病的检出率均随年度增长则呈上升趋势,本地χ2=71.64,外埠χ2=205.97,均P〈0.01。本地人口与外来人口活动性肺结核病检出率分别是0.05%、0.04%,经统计学分析,两率差异无统计学意义（χ2=0.01,P〉0.05）。结论为保证昌平区公共卫生安全,要重视和坚持对食品和公共场所从业人员每年1次的健康检查,确保早期及时发现肺结核病人,防止结核病的传播。

Detection of Active Tuberculosis among Employees from Catering and Public Places in Changping District of Beijing City

Objective]To master the dynamic change of tuberculosis among employees from catering and public places in Changping District of Beijing City during 2004—2008,and provide evidence for health supervision departments to implement inspection management on catering and public places.Methods]The health examination results of catering and public places employees were analyzed.Results]Of 34 4295 examined employees during 2004—2008,168 were tuberculosis positive,the total detection rate was 0.049%.The detection rate for the 5 years was 0.002%,0,0.002%,0.042%,0.153%,respectively,which showed ascendant trend annually（χ2=277.46,P0.01）.Active tuberculosis detection rate of local and migrant employees both increased annually with upward trend,local employees χ2=71.64,migrant employees χ2=205.97,both P0.01.The detection rates of active tuberculosis of local population and external population were 0.05% and 0.04%,the difference between the 2 rates was not significant（χ2=0.01,P0.05）.Conclusion]In order to ensure public health security in Changping District,the annual health examination on employees from catering and public places should be attached more importance and continued to ensure the timely detection of tuberculosis patients early,and to prevent the spread of tuberculosis
