卵巢癌患者血清IGF-1、TSGF、VEGF、CA125和CEA联合检测的临床价值

目的：探讨卵巢癌患者血清胰岛素样生长因子-1（IGF-1）、肿瘤特异性生长因子（TSGF）、血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）、糖类抗原125（CA125）和癌胚抗原（CEA）联合检测的诊断和监测价值。方法：应用放免法、酶免法、生物化学法和化学发光法对32例卵巢癌患者进行了血清IGF-1、TSGF、VEGF、CA125和CEA测定,并与32名正常健康者作比较。结果：以单一指标阳性作为诊断标准,IGF-1、TSGF、VEGF、CA125和CEA对卵巢癌的敏感性分别为69.4%、87.1%、67.7%、79.0%和33.8%,特异性分别为53.2%、45.2%、40.3%、71.0%和32.3%,患者联合检测的诊断敏感性为93.5%,特异性为95.2%。结论：联合检测血清IGF-1、TSGF、VEGF、CA125和CEA对卵巢癌的辅助诊断有较高的临床实用价值。

Clinical value of combined determination of serum IGF-1,TSGF,VEGF,CA125 and CEA levels in patients with ovarian cancer

Objective：To explore the clinical value of combined determination of serum IGF-1,TSGF,VEGF,CA125 and CEA levels in patients with ovarian cancer. Methods：Serum IGF-1（with RIA）,TSGF（with biochemistry）,VEGF（with ELISA）,CA125 and CEA （with Chemiluminescence） levels were measured in 32 patients with ovarian cancer and 32 controls. Results：As a single tumor marker for diagnosis,the sensitivity of IGF-1,TSGF,VEGF,CA125 and CEA was 69.4% ,87.1%,67.7%,79.0% and 33.8% respectively. The specificity was 53.2% ,45.2%,40.3%,71.0% and 32.3% respectively. With combined detection of the five markers as a diagnosis,the sensitivity was 93.5% and specificity was 95.2%. Conclusion：Combined determination of serum IGF-1,TSGF,VEGF,CA125 and CEA levels could promote the clinical usefulness for diagnosis of ovarian cancer.
