肠道病毒医院感染预防控制措施及消毒方法

目的 探讨肠道病毒医院感染预防控制措施与消毒方法,有效预防控制肠道病毒在医院内传播和交叉感染.方法 依据<手足口病预防控制指南>(2009年版)、<医院感染管理办法>及<消毒技术规范>,在市、县疾病控制中心指导下,结合医院儿科收治肠道病毒感染所致聚集性病毒性脑炎患儿的实际情况,制定并采取了肠道病毒医院感染预防控制措施及消毒方法.结果 有效预防控制了肠道病毒在医院内传播和交叉感染.结论 对肠道病毒感染所致聚集性病毒性脑炎要按手足口病医院感染预防控制措施及消毒方法执行.

Prevention and Control Measures of Intestinal Virus Hospital Infection

OBJECTIVE To explore prevention and control measures and disinfection methods of intestinal virus hospital injection. METHODS Based on the prevention and control of hand-foot-and-mouth disease (2009), the measures on the administration of hospital infection and disinfection teehniqul were taken, under the guidance of the center for disease control. RESULTS The effective prevention and control in intestinal virus stopped the spread and cross-injection. CONCLUSIONS Countermeasures of intestinal virus diseases caused by toxic encephalitis are effective following HFMD hospital infection prevention and control measures.
