| 摘 要： | 目的探讨电视胸腔镜手术治疗自发性气胸的适应证及手术方法。方法回顾性分析31例自发性气胸的临床资料，VATS22例，VAMT9例。结果该组无手术死亡，术后并发胸腔积液1例，拔管后气胸1例，经穿刺抽液抽气后均痊愈出院。结论电视胸腔镜手术治疗自发性气胸安全、可靠。

| Abstract: | Objective:Probe into the indication of the mirror operative treatment spontaneity pneumothorax of thorax of the TV and operation method.Methods:The reviewing clinical materials of analysing31cases of spon-taneity pneumothorax,VATS22example,VAMT9example.Results:Group this have operation death,erupt simulta-neously thorax accumulate1of liquid,draw1case of pneumothorax after inning charge of behind the skill,Release liquid fully recover and leave hospital by puncture after releasing angry.Conclusion:The mirror operative treatment spontaneity pneumothorax of thorax of the TV is safe,reliable. |
