彩色多普勒血流显像诊断动脉导管未闭的价值与手术结果比较分析

目的：评价彩色多普勒血流显像（ＣＤＦＩ）诊断动脉导管未闭（ＰＤＡ）的价值。方法：对９７例手术证实的ＰＤＡ进行回顾性研究。结果：术前ＣＤＦＩ对单纯ＦＤＡ及ＰＤＡ合并其他畸形的超声检出率分别为１００％及７４．１％，定型诊断符合率９３．３％，定量与手术结果接近。结论：ＣＤＦＩ对ＰＤＡ的定性、定型及定量诊断准确、可靠，但应注意ＰＤＡ合并其它心内畸形和肺动脉高压（ＰＨ）时易导致漏诊。

Value of color doppler flow imaging in the diagnosis of patent ductus arteriosus:A comparative study with surgery findings

Objective:To evaluate the value of color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI)in the diagnosis of PDAMethod:97 patients with PDA confirmed by surgery were retrospectively studied compared with the findings of preoperative CDFIResults:the detection rate of the unique PDA or the PDA combined with multiple malformations were 100% and 741% respectively,the accurate detection rate of the type for PDA was 933%,and the measurement value by CDFI was similar to those by surgery findingsConclusions:CDIF is a reliable and accurate technique for the qualitative and quantitative diagnosis of PDA,but attention should be paid to improve the accurate diagnosis in patients with coexist multiple malformations or pulmonary hypertension
