| 摘 要： | 目的 ]进一步探索羊脾乙型肝炎病毒特异性转移因子的制备方法 ,以制备出更高效的乙型肝炎病毒特异性转移因子 .方法 ]用乙型肝炎疫苗辅以佐剂对羊进行全程免疫 ,然后从羊脾中提取乙型肝炎病毒特异性转移因子 ,通过研究不同的冻融次数及透析液量等因素 ,观察其对乙型肝炎病毒特异性转移因子含量的影响 .结果 ]乙型肝炎病毒特异性转移因子的制备质量与免疫佐剂加入与否、制备时冻融次数及透析液量有关系 .结论 ]用改良的制备方法可获得更高质量的乙型肝炎病毒特异性转移因子 .

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVETo study the methods of preparing specific transfer factor of hepatitis B virus (HBV-STF) to prepare high-effect HBV-STF.METHODSThe HBV-STF was prepared with the spleen of the sheep immunized by HBV vaccine and adjuvant(CFA). Different frozen-melt time and the volume of dialysis liquid were studied to investigate their influence on the content of HBV-STF.RESULTSThe preparation of HBV-STF had important relation on adjuvant, frozen-melt time and the volume of dialysis liquid.CONCLUSIONThe method is improved could prepare high-effect HBV-STF. |
