| 摘 要： | 采用放免法测定了３７例肝硬化患者血浆内皮素水平，探讨内皮素在肝硬化患者肾功能障碍中所起的作用，结果表明，血浆内皮素在代偿期肝硬化患者中较正常人及肝硬化伴腹水和肝肾综合征患者明显增高，且与肌酐清除率呈负相关（ｒ＝－０．６６，Ｐ＜０．０５），揭示血浆内皮素对代偿期肝硬化患者肾功能有一定影响。

| Abstract: | Plasma level of endothelin (ET) in 37 patients with cirrhosis was measured by radioimmunoassay in order to approach the effect of endothelin on renal disfunction in cirrhosis.The results showed that plasma level of endothelin correlated negatively with creatinine clearance(r=-0.66,P<0 05) in compensated cirrhosis cases was obviously higher than that in healthy subjects or that in cirrhotic patients with ascites and hepatorenal syndrome;suggesting the plasma endothelin has certain effect on the renal function of compensated cirrhotic patients. |
