| 摘 要： | 胆囊结石形成之前有胆囊运动障碍。人胆囊壁和Ｏｄｄｉ氏括约肌上有多肽性神经支配，这些多肽控制着胆囊和Ｏｄｄｉ括约肌的运动，在胆囊结石形成中可能起着一定的作用。本文测定单纯胆囊结石病人血浆ＶＩＰ、Ｐ物质和生长抑素，并与健康人对照。实验结果表明两组没有统计学差别，这可能跟这些多肽的浓度主要分布在门静脉和胆囊组织内有关

| Abstract: | There must be a biliary dyskinesia before gallstone formation.Gallbladder and Oddi′s sphincter are supplied with various gastrointestinal polypeptides,which control the contraction of the gallbladder and sphincter.These polypeptides may play a role in gallstone formation.In this study the concentration of VIP,substance P and somatostatin in plasma was determined for the patients with gallstone,and compared with healthy people.Results showed that the concentration difference between patients and healthy people is not statistically significant,this may be because of the distribution of polypeptides mainly in portal vein and gallbladder tissue. |
