天花粉与米非司酮杀胚治疗异位妊娠的临床比较性研究

摘    要:对22例异位妊娠(活胚)患者,分别采用天花粉及米非司酮(Mifepristone,Ru486)杀胚治疗的临床效果。采用天花粉肌注杀胚治疗16例,Ru486口服杀胚治疗6例。全部患者均住院治疗观察。杀胚后定期检测血β-hCG及B超。结果:天花粉组保守治愈15例,Ru486组保守治愈2例;保守治愈率分别为33.3%和93.7%。经统计学检验,两组间年龄、孕龄、杀胚前血β-hCG值及异位妊娠包块直径均无统计学意义(P>0.05),但两组间治愈率有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:天花粉与Ru486对异位妊娠均有杀胚治疗作用,但天花粉的疗效明显优于Ru486。

Abstract:cases of ectopic pregnancy (alive embryo) were treated with radix trichosanthis and mifepristone(Ru486) separately.Their respective curative effect is analysed.16 cases of ectopic pregnancy were treated with intramuscular injection of radix trichosanthis;6 cases of ectopic pregnancy were treated with oral Ru486.All of them received this regimen in inpatient service.The beta human chorionic gonadotropin(β hCG) levels and B ultrasound were monitored periodically.Results:15 cases (15/16,93.7%) were successfully treated in radix trichosanthis group;2cases(2/6,33.3%) were successfully treated in Ru486 group.The statistical test results were obtained that there was no statistical significance (P>0 05)about the patient′s age,the gestational age,the β hCG levels before treatment and the size of ectopic pregnancy mass between the two groups,but there was statistically significant difference (P<0 01)about the cure rate between the two groups.Conclusion:The two medicines have different embryocide effect in treating ectopic pregnancy,but radix trichosanthis is positive and superior to Ru486 about curative effect.
