| 摘 要： | 改良Ｓａｌｔｅｒ骨盆截骨术治疗并随访１４０例先天性髋关节脱位。平均随访１年以上，常见并发症有再脱位、股骨头坏死、髋关节功能障碍，认为术前充分牵引，术中适度加深髋臼及关节囊紧缩缝合是手术的关键，强调年长儿童术前髂腰肌切断牵引的重要性

| Abstract: | Hundred and forty cases of congenital dislocation of hips were treated with modified Salter innominate osteotomy and followed up for one year and nine months.Two cases of redislocation were seen.Avascular necrosis of the femoral head occurred in 5%.In 5% of the postoperative cases,the flexion function of hips was less than 90°.Pre operative traction,enlargement and deepening of the acetabulum,as well as tightening suture of the joint capsules are the key of success.The authors emphasize the importance of section of iliopsoas muscle prior to preoperative skeletal traction in elder children. |
