布托啡诺与芬太尼应用于术后静脉镇痛的临床观察

目的比较布托啡诺与芬太尼用于患者自控静脉镇痛（PCI）的临床价值。方法选择80例择期手术患者随机分为两组，N组（布托啡诺组：n=40）：布托啡诺8mg、生理盐水加至100ml；F组（芬太尼组：n=40）：芬太尼0．8mg、生理盐水加至100ml。选择负荷剂量加维持剂量即微泵连续给药方式行静脉镇痛（持续注药速度为2．0ml／h，单次PCA剂量为1ml，锁定时间30min）。结果N组与F组相比，镇痛评分、镇静评分、恶心呕吐、尿潴留发生率均无显著差异性（P〉0．05）。两组患者均无发生呼吸抑制。结论布托啡诺用于术后静脉镇痛，效果确切、不良反应少。

Comparison of Clinical Effect of Venous Analgesia between Butorphanol Tartrateand Fentanyl

Objective To compare the effects of patient2controlled intravenous analgesia（ PC I A） be- tw een butorphanol tartrate （ B T） and fentanyl. Methods Eghity patients were divided into t o group s at ran- dom. Group N was adm inistered with 8 mg of B T in 100 ml of saline, and Group F with 0. 8 rag of fentanyl in 100 ml of saline. The loading dosage and maintained do sage wereused as venous analgesia. Results There were no significant differences in visual ache sim ulation （ VA S） scoring, syrup tom s and urine retention be- tween B T and fentanyl without respiratory. Conclusion BT m ight be used as an analgetic agent after opera- tion with good effect.
