宫内节育器致子宫穿孔36例临床分析

对ＩＵＤ致子宫穿孔病例进行回顾分析，临床特点为３６例中２２例于产后哺乳期放器。确诊方法为腹部Ｘ线和Ｂ超等。３５例行开腹术取器。３５例为闭合型ＩＵＤ。５２．８％ＩＵＤ位于子宫峡部附近。

Clinical analysis of thirty six cases with uterine perforation caused by IUD

cases with uterine perforation caused by IUD were analyzed retrospectivly. In 22 cases(61.5%), IUD was inserted during postpartum lactation period. Diagnostic methods included X ray examination and B ultrosound. Laparotomic removal of IUD was performed in 35 cases. We found that IUD was closed type in 35 cases. Perforation at uterine isthmus accounted for 52.8%. The result showed that uterine perforation caused by IUD was associated with insertion skill, uterine anatomy, uterine texture, IUD type and insertion devices. Attention should be paid to prevention, early daignosis and proper treatment of uterine perforation caused by IUD.
