宫腔镜电切在子宫剖宫产术后瘢痕妊娠治疗中的应用

目的:探讨子宫动脉灌注与栓塞在剖宫产术后瘢痕妊娠治疗中宫腔镜的应用价值。方法:对剖宫产术后瘢痕妊娠患者先采用子宫动脉灌注与栓塞,7d后联合宫腔镜电切清除妊娠组织。结果:本组患者21例,介入治疗后B超检查妊娠包块缩小,且周围血流信号明显减少或消失,术后得到病理结果证实。术后6d患者血β-HCG明显下降,14～30d降至正常,35～62d月经来潮,无一例并发症出现。结论:子宫动脉灌注与栓塞联合宫腔镜电切治疗剖宫产术后瘢痕妊娠是目前较安全有效的治疗措施。

Application of electronic resection under hysteroscopy in treating scar pregnancy due to cesarean section

Objective：To explore the value of hysteroscopy in treatment for scar pregnancy due to cesarean section.Methods：Uterine artery perfusion and embolism were carried out to patients with scar pregnancy.Then electronic resection under hysteroscopy was performed to remove pregnancy tissue 7 d later.Results：B-ultrasound screening of all 21 cases showed shrinking mass after intervention therapy,with weakening sign of peripheral blood flow,which were confirmed by pathological test after surgery.Patients had β-HCG level declined significantly 6 d later,and normal level after 14-30 d.They got menstruation after 35-62 d,and no complication occurred.Conclusions：Combined therapy with uterine arterial perfusion,embolism and electronic resection under hysteroscopy is safe and effective.
