| 摘 要： | ①目的了解胃肠道恶性肿瘤病人红细胞免疫功能和血清可溶性白细胞介素2受体(sIL-2R)水平的变化及其相互关系.②方法采用红细胞花环试验和双抗体夹心ELISA法,检测40例胃肠道恶性肿瘤病人红细胞C3b受体花环率(E-C3bRR)和sIL-2R水平的变化,并与30例正常人进行比较.③结果胃肠道恶性肿瘤病人E-C3bRR明显低于对照组,而sIL-2R水平明显高于对照组,差异均有极显著意义(t=9.21、9.76,P＜0.01).E-C3bRR和sIL-2R呈显著负相关(r=-0.53,P<0.01).④结论 E-C3bRR和血清sIL-2R水平测定对判断胃肠道恶性肿瘤病人的病情具有重要意义.

| Abstract: | Objective\ To evaluate the changes of immune functions of erythrocyte and levels of soluble interleukin 2 receptor (sIL 2R) and their relationship in patients with malignant tumors in digestive tract. \ Methods\ Using erythrocyte rosette tests and double antibody sandwich ELISA methods, 40 patients were detected for the changes of erythrocyte C 3b receptor rosette rate (E C 3bRR) and sIL 2R, the results were compared with 30 normal persons. \ Results\ The E C 3bRR were significantly lower and sIL 2R significantly higher in the patients than that in the controls. The difference was significant ( t=9.21, 9.76, P < 0.01 ). A negative correlation was noted between E C 3bRR and the levels of sIL 2R ( r=-0.53, P <0.01).\ Conclusion\ Detection of E C 3bRR and sIL 2R levels is of great significance in judgement of the severity of patients with malignant tumors in digestive tract. |
