| 摘 要： | 目的了解应届护理毕业生的职业忠诚状况，尝试探索影响护生职业成熟的原因，为高校教育改革提供理论依据。方法采用便利抽样法对广州市2所高校315名2009年应届毕业护生进行问卷调查，按学历分组，比较入学至实习后期各阶段护生的职业兴趣、毕业前的择业意向和择业相关行为。结果本、专科护生在各时期的职业兴趣、择业意向和择业的相关行为上存在差异（P〈0．05），护理大专生的职业忠诚和职业稳定性明显优于护理本科生。结论大部分护生的专业思想稳定、职业态度积极，就业方向明确，少数护生的职业忠诚问题客观存在，以护理本科生的表现更为明显，应引起高校教育者的重视。
