摘    要:介绍Neuman系统模式在降低新护士心理压力中的应用,提出以Neuman系统模式为理论框架,将新护士看作是一个具有生理、心理、社会文化、发展及精神等变量的综合体,对新护士进行全面评估,分析新护士应激源问题,并提出相应的管理对策,以降低新护士心理压力.

Abstract:It introduced the application of Neuman system mode for reducing psychological stress of new nurses.It put forward that using Neuman system mode as theoretical frame,new nurses should be considered as a synthesis with physiological,psychological,social-cultural,developmental and spiritual variables.And new nurses should be evaluated in overall.Stressors of new nurses should be analyzed,and corresponding managing countermeasures should be put forward,so as to reduce the psychological stress of new nurses.
