| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨气囊一面罩给氧用于重症监护行心肺复苏患者的氧疗效果。方法：对我院重症监护心肺复苏患者62例，随机分为气囊一面罩给氧组与气管内插管给氧组各31例，两组患者均采用连接高流量（10L／min）供氧，分别接于气囊一面罩和气管插管，手法控制给氧。于基础心肺复苏开始及5，10min分别抽取动脉血做血气分析。结果：经统计学分析，两组患者复苏术进行5，10min时动脉血气（PaO2、PaCO2、BE、pH值）无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。结论：气囊一面罩给氧在心肺复苏中的给氧效果与气管插管方法相同。
