运动性哮喘患者痰中白三烯浓度的变化及临床意义

摘    要:目的探讨半胱氨酸白三烯(LT)与运动性哮喘(EIA)的关系。方法吸入0.9%等渗盐水诱导采集痰液标本。酶联免疫分析法测定10例EIA患者与10例正常对照组运动前和运动后痰中LT的浓度。同时测定EIA患者与正常对照组运动前和运动后肺功能的变化。结果EIA组运动后肺功能FEV1,PEE明显均低于运动前,有显著性差异(P〈0.01)。运动前EIA组LT浓度明显高于正常对照组(P〈0.01),运动后EIA组LT浓度明显高于运动前(P〈0.01),正常对照组运动前后比较变化不明显(P〉0.05)。结论EIA患者运动后痰中LT的浓度明显升高,提示LT在EIA中起重要作用。

Abstract:Objcctive To explore the relationship between cysteinyl leukotriene(LT) concentrations and exercise-induced asthma(EIA).Methods The sputum was induced with inhaled 0.9% saline.Ten asthmatic patients with producible fall in FEV1 after exercise by 15% and normal patients were enrolled,while the levels of cysteinyl leukotrienes in induced sputum were measured before or after exercise with peptide-leukotriene enzyme immunoassay(EIA) method and Lung functions(including FEV1 and PEE) were measured before or after exercise.Results LT concentrations in sputum were significant increase in EIAs before exercise compared with that in normal patients.There was a significant increase in sputum LT after exercise challenge compared with that before exercise in EIA patients.Conclusion The results indicate that there is an important role of cysteinyl leukotrienes in the pathogenesis of the exercise-induced asthma.
