Clinical Observation of Wumo Yinzi Decoction Combined with Suhuang Zhike Capsules in the Treatment of Bronchial Asthma

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Wumo Yinzi Decoction combined with Suhuang Zhike Capsules in the treatment of bronchial asthma.Methods A total of 114 patients with bronchial asthma admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to April 2020 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,57 cases in each group.The patients in the two groups were given the conventional treatment of bronchial asthma and Suhuang Zhike Capsules,on this basis,the patients in the observation group were treated with Wumo Yinzi Decoction.Both groups were continuously treated for two weeks.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 89.47%,which was significantly higher than 73.68%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndromes(wheezing,shortness of breath,chest tightness and cough),positive rate of CD8+cells and partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while the positive rates of CD3+and CD4+cells,CD4+/CD8+,partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2)and saturation of oxygen(Sa O2)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was similar to that in the control group(15.79%vs.10.53%,P>0.05).Conclusion Wumo Yinzi Decoction combined with Suhuang Zhike Capsules in the treatment of bronchial asthma have a certain curative effect,which can improve the TCM syndrome,T lymphocyte subsets and blood gas indexes.
