正交试验优选解热祛风汤中石膏和荆芥穗煎煮工艺

摘    要:目的优选解热祛风汤中石膏和荆芥穗的煎煮工艺。方法以粉碎度、浸泡时间、煎煮时间、煎煮压力为影响因素,以Ca2+提取量为考察指标,采用L9(34)正交试验优选方中石膏的煎煮工艺;以浸泡时间、煎煮时间、煎煮压力、煎煮温度为影响因素,以荆芥穗挥发油溶出率为考察指标,采用L9(34)正交试验优选方中荆芥穗的煎煮工艺;并进行验证试验。结果解热祛风汤最优煎煮工艺为,将打碎至60目的石膏浸泡20 min,100 k Pa气压下100℃沸水中煎煮5 min后,加入除荆芥外的其他药材,再继续煎煮10 min,最后加入浸泡10 min的荆芥穗,共同煎煮5 min。结论优选的工艺操作简便、重复性好,可为解热祛风汤的煎煮提供参考。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the decocting technology of Gypsum Fibrosum and Spica Schizonepetae in Jiere Qufeng Decoction.Methods Taking smash degree,soaking time,decocting time and decocting pressure as the influencing factors,and taking the extraction amount of Ca2+as the index,L9(34)orthogonal test was adopted to optimize the decocting process of Gypsum Fibrosum.Taking soaking time,decocting time,decocting pressure and decocting temperature as the influencing factors,and taking the dissolution rate of volatile oil from Spica Schizonepetae as the index,L9(34)orthogonal test was adopted to optimize the decocting process of Spica Schizonepetae.The verification test was carried out.Results The optimal decocting process of Jiere Qufeng Decoction was as follows:the Gypsum Fibrosum was broken to 60 mesh and soaked for 20 min,and decocted in 100℃boiling water at 100 kPa for 5 min,the other herbs except Spica Schizonepetae were added and decocted for 10 min,finally,the Spica Schizonepetae was added and decocted for 5 min.Conclusion The optimal process is simple and reproducible,which can provide a reference for the decoction of Jiere Qufeng Decoction.
