新冠病人心肾损害机制及监测处理

摘    要:目的本文将初步探讨COVID-19患者心脏、肾脏损害的原因,相关的监测指标及对应的处理措施,以期能够及时早期预测患者病情转归,提高COVID-19患者的治愈率和降低病死率。方法查询并且结合数据库现有文献报道,基于文献分析COVID-19患者心、肾脏器损伤的病理生理机制。结果既往研究发现,病毒感染患者可出现多器官功能衰竭,本次新型冠状病毒感染的重症NCP患者也出现多器官损伤表现,值得注意的是,除呼吸系统外,文献报道提示部分患者伴有心肌、肾脏损害的临床特征。结论对新冠肺炎重症患者应密切对其相关的指标进行监测及做出对应的处理,以期能够及时早期预测患者病情转归,提高COVID-19患者的治愈率和降低病死率。

Mechanism and monitoring of cardiac and renal damage in patients with COVID-19

Abstract:Objective To preliminarily explore the causes,relevant monitoring indicators,and corresponding treatment measures of heart and kidney damage in COVID-19 patients,so as to achieve timely and early prediction on the prognosis,improve the cure rate,and reduce the fatality rate of COVID-19 patients.Methods The pathophysiological mechanism of heart and kidney injury in COVID-19 patients was analyzed based on literature review and the existed coverage in the database.Results Previous studies have found that patients with viral infection may develop multiple organ failure.The severe NCP patients infected by novel Coronavirus also showed multiple organ damage.It is noteworthy that,in addition to the respiratory system,literature and coverage suggested that some patients were accompanied by renal and myocardial damage as clinical characteristics.Conclusion Closely monitoring and corresponding treatment of critical COVID-19 patients should be carried out in order to achieve timely and early prediction on the disease outcome,improve the cure rate and reduce the fatality rate.
